U.S. Copyright Updates

The United States government has initated a new program to accept copyright filings online. The beta test starts July 2007. More info here
If you’re a photographer and you aren’t doing it already, you need to file copyright forms for your photos, lest the images be stolen with no renumeration. Although you can force someone to stop using your images illegally even if they’re not filed, the only way you can collect monetary damages for illegal use of your photos is if you have registered them with the U.S. Library of Congress Copyright Office. So do it!
